About us

Caring home services was founded by patrick, a psychiatric nurse practioner by profession. Patrick brings over 20 years of experience working with people at various levels. Starting as direct care professional to a nurse and finally to a psychiatric nurse practioner. Our agency recognizes that every individual is different, and our support plan will address the needs and desire of each individual while at the same time recognizing their unique abilities. Our agency will continuously identify strategic approach to boost the esteem of individual we serve by using their strengths to offset limitations. Our small size means that individual will enjoy being part of the small family and more personalized and flexible care.

Our Services

Medicaid waivers help fund the services CHS provides to help people with disabilities live more independent lives. Indiana provides Medicaid waivers for a variety of needs, including but not limited to intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism and traumatic brain injury. Caring home services is certified provider for: Community Integration and Habilitation (CIH), Family Supports Waiver (FSW) Money Follows Person - CIH Transfer. With proper support individuals with disabilities can have a meaningful life and contribute positively to the community. We believe all people with disabilities have the right to choose where and with whom they live and work with.
